I’ve been on oral MTX a few months along with folic acid. I’ve started having nausea for a couple days during the times I Take it. Zofrain helps. My DR is switching me to injections as soon as Meds arrive. Hope this gets rid of the nausea.
Injections will definitely help. Also a form of folic acid which is absorbed more effectively by the body is leukovorin ... many people say this form helps with the fatigue and nausea.
