Muscle rigidity, spasticity, normal bloodwork

39f 5’6”, 173lbs
I have diabetes (a1c 5.4), neuropathy, asthma, gastroparesis, bipolar 2, ptsd, ocd.

Sunday morning I almost passed out, I was dizzy, disoriented, my muscles got rigid, I started shaking, and I started spasming. Fo Mr the last few days the muscle rigidity has remained, my body jumps randomly, my muscles are so tense that they ache. The anxiety is so bad. I can’t sleep well, I had nightmares all night. I am still shaking terribly. I get hit and then cold over and over.

My vitals were perfect during the passing out episode.

The muscle tension is ongoing. Even when I’m exhausted I feel like my muscles are too tight to let me relax.

I have had one other episode of this before. At first I chalked it up to ptsd. I have had an emotionally stressful time recently, and many triggers, flashbacks, etc.

I am on the vivitrol shot, my 4th injection was 7 days ago.
I am an alcoholic, tomorrow will be my 90 days sober. I do take edibles on occasion for anxiety, although from the 23rd to the 29th I used it recreationally while I was in a state where it’s legal. My last use was Sunday. It took 10mg edible, and it did help the anxiety.

Meds
Paxil (raised dosage last month)
Caplyta
Trazadone
Lamictal
Atorovastatin (started last month)
Metformin
Hydroxizine as needed
I sometimes take collagen and vitamin b gummy.

My eating habits have been atrocious. I lost appetite when I started vivitrol. The last two days I have been trying to force myself to eat but I’ve been constantly hungry.

My doctor ordered labs, the only question she asked was if I was sober. My labs were all normal except for one (cannot remember the name, can’t access lab report right now) that indicates stress.

This is effecting my work. I cannot safely use a lift assist with my muscles being so spastic.

Any direction to take back to a doctor would be appreciated.
