I am worried sick. It started 2 weeks ago with sudden twitches in my right arm at the shoulder/tricep area. They happened only at night. This then progressed to muscle twitching all over body, calves mostly but really everywhere. Ive found that if I bend my right arm inward the muscle twitching stops. Upon releasing they start again. I am panicking I have a rare neurological condition like MND or something else as horrible. I do have a health anxiety and if im honest I probably consume too much alcohol. Im feeling weakness when I walk but my stomach is churning every day with worry. My anxiety is through the roof. I have a trapped nerve in my neck but it’s not bothered me in years. I do have numb fingers from when this happened years ago. My doctor has put all this down to a health anxiety. I don’t know where to go.
