I had a blood test for drugs at my doctor office. I had an email that showed results were ready. They did a a blood test bc I had trouble peeing. I had an early appt in the morning. I was sure my tests would be fine. Now I’m concerned. More important info below bec not room here.
I only took my Xanax 2 times the day before and took one before my appointment it showed positive with a high number of 501 Unit: ng/mg crea. The Vyvanse I took earlier before going that morning. I started getting sick the night before & still am but I know that has nothing to do with it. I take my meds as prescribed. But the number is Vyvanse 30mg blood test showed Result: >4878 & Idk why.
I’m on Wegovy & I don’t drink as much fluids (except the morning of my appt so I could pee, but I couldn’t pee) and not as much food as usual. Is there a reason it could be that high? Like I said I take as prescribed. One other thing the blood test showed that concerns me is that it showed positive for cannabinoids is 13 Carboxy. That and the Vyvanse notes Further testing indicated. Does that mean the results/ numbers could be wrong? I did 3 tests & the THC was negative (I bought). The Vyvanse and THC had a note on Labcorp it said: Further testing indicated. I’m scared the doctor will drop me. I want to send her a message on my portal, but I have questions abt why my Vyvanse & Xanax results could come up so high & a positive. Idk know what I can do to say to my doctor and how they all came up at a high amount.
