Had a bonyon removed a year ago. Foot kept hurting found out i was allergic to the dissolving stitches. This boot hurts my ankle i can barely walk after taking it off.
my job floors are concrete. i walk 11hr. a day 4days a week. my. ankles hurt so bad in this aircast.

I hate wearing the boot. It kills my ankle as well. But my doctor said I have to wear it, to make my toes more upright and strengthen the back of the ankle.
As I'm learning on this site, the ankle is the worst joint to break or sprain.
It seems to have the longest recovery time.

When I had TAR I found the hospital supplied boot very uncomfortable so bought an Aircast boot off Ebay for not much. It was so much more comfortable.
