My penis looks like this for years now, don't know what else to do

I've been having this problem for some years now (see pics), i went to the dermatologist, he gave me fusidic acid in cream and "deralbine" a powder for yeast (miconazole nitrate) and i've tried "macril" (betametasona, gentamicin, miconazole) by myself but nothing worked or seems to work. He then told me to take a biopsy but i couldn't because i moved to another province. I also went to the urologyst and he basically told me to go to the dermatologist again. It's not an STD. It doesn't hurt, the worst it could get or feel is a bit of sensitivity at touch in some places like the corona of the glans. Sometimes (during sex, oral sex even more) i feel like a little loss of sensitivity happens (can't compare or know if it's normal). The worst thing is definetely the look of it. I've been googling for some days and the only thing i found closed to my case i found it in this website, in this particular link: https://patient.info/forums/discuss/red-patches-on-penis-head-non-itchy-non-smelly-and-no-pain-637462 I really need some help, some medicine to try and see what happens. I'm desperated and fed up with this problem. PS: sorry for my english, it's not my first language. Link to photos: https://imgur.com/a/Gf4NuqE

mention to your doctor that this could be lichen sclerosis/ balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO)

Thank you, i’ll try as soon as i visit my province again. does it have a cure apart from circunsicion? what is the impact of having it for such a long period of time?

I have an incurable skin condition of the penis and I fear this is what you potentially have - so yes, the urologist was correct, it is a Dermatologist that needs to be dealing with this for you.
It would be best if you went to see a Dermatologist that specialises in Genital Skin Disorders - you can do an internet search for such a specialist, try: Genital Skin Disorders - Genital Skin Care, then the area of the country in which you live.
AND NO, certainly circumcision is NOT A CURE, I was recently dealing with someone who was circumcised as an infant and he has severe lichen sclerosis of the glans and meatus of penis. I have also dealt with several males who were circumcised and were told this would ‘cure’ the skin condition they had only to find afterwards they still had the condition, only they were now dealing with the issues that go with circumcision too.
It is essential for you to get a Biopsy done, these are not painful and the good thing is it actually confirms what condition you are dealing with and the correct treatment put in place.
Once you have a formal diagnosis I can help you to get the best out of the medication you will be prescribed and ALL of the broader issues you need to be thinking about and putting in place to minimise the impact of what you have.
Simply update your post here after you have the diagnosis as I do NOT deal with Personal Messaging on here …..
