To be honest the info you printed is freely available anywhere so I don't know why you have put a post up with it in.

The problem isn't not knowing what can help you but either not having the means to get what you need,  or the motivation.  Now is you can tell us how to get these that would be useful!  

A good example is find support.  Fine but how the hell do I do this when I have no immediate family and those I do have (3 sisters) are disparaging about my depression and don't want to  know?  There don't seem to be any support groups locally either.  Oh it's not my spiritually (I presume you mean turning to God?) I need help with but depression and please don't tell me it's an integral part of it coz i disagree with you.
