I often feel nauseous in the evenings with no other symptoms, I'm never sick, just a dull queasy feeling. Sometimes its just before bedtime. I also feel super stressed on and off all of the time. Anyone else experiencing similar?

I do not know if I am premenopausal as I m only 36 years old but I have been having all these symptoms that are mentioned on this forum. nausea,extreme health anxiety to the point that I feel I can not function at times, I am always on the verge of tears because I feel something bad will happen to me.
