Durante las últimas 6-8 semanas he tenido un dolor de cuello terrible y la parte superior de mi columna está muy dolorida. El dolor se irradia por mi cuello hasta la base de mi cráneo y hacia atrás de mis orejas. A veces el dolor es tan intenso que me está provocando mareos y empezando a preocuparme.
También tengo dolor de oídos, aunque no sé si está relacionado.
Hace unas 6 semanas fui a un fisioterapeuta y durante la sesión me crujió el cuello, por lo que me pregunto si esto es la causa, porque antes no tenía dolor ????
Por favor, ayúdenme, esto me está deprimiendo mucho.

Fui porque tenía dolor en el hombro y me estaba dando unos dolores de cabeza tensionales muy fuertes, dijo que mis músculos estaban muy tensos así que me masajeó durante mucho tiempo y luego me crujió el cuello por ambos lados y desde entonces me duele. Algunos días peor que otros.

You should see your Dr he will give you muscle relaxants or antinflamitaries.
For some reason physio's have stopped using traction to help with neck and back pain but you can get a blow up neck collar on ebay for about £15 it can't damage you but I know from experience that it works.
I have one which came from Germany it's the third one I have had and this one is really good (it's red if you are searching). I put it on lying down for about 15min pumped up so that I know its stretching but still comfortable. Then I let the air out and stay lying down for a few minutes.
