HI IM A 17 year old kid whos been going through a rough 8 months i cant accept the fact that im okay .okay it all started one day when i tried marijuana for the first time that day i bad the worst panic attack and my heart was pounding for like 30 minutes straight. AFTER THAT PANIC ATTACK I FELT GOOD FOR TWO WEEKS BUT THEN I HAD CHEST PAIN WHICH CAUSED ANOTHER PANIC ATTACK AND I WAS LIKE WHAT IF IT WAS BECAUSE IF THE DAY I HAD A PANIC ATTACK SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE FELT LIKE TOTAL SHIT AND I FEEL LIKE IM GOING TK DIE OF A HEART PROBLEM BUT RECENTLY I WENT TO CARDIALOGIST AND HE SUGGESTED A HEART MONITOR BECAUSE MY PANIC WAS THAT MY HEART BEATS TO FAST WITH LITTLE EXCERSION . so i had the heart monitor for 2 days and my results come back normal my heart is fine i cant accept the fact that i am fine because i dont feel fine i get random palpatations and i grt light headed i need help and suggestions

I’m a 19 year old guy which had his first panic after taking marijuana. I kept going smoking marijuana after that moment and I developed bad anxiety. Don’t regret the fact that you did it and accept it. It was after all a experience and live is all about experiences. You’re not the type of guy which is fit for it so stop with it and don’t try it again. Your body and mind is just warning you that you’re not the type for that stuff.
I can’t really give you a golden tip to calm your nerves for your heart. For me time was the key. I just needed some time to accept the fact that nothing is wrong with my body and I’m completely fine. Doing some kind of sport can help you as well. Even at home you can do plenty exercises to feel fit. If your heart is raising while you are sporting it is easier to accept it and also in other occasions. That can take some time to get it under to control.

So you had a heart monitor, what about blood tests? Thyroid levels tested? If you’re hyperthyroid it’d make you feel that way
its ok but my Father read that and he was saying to me are u taking drugs and i said oh Father yeah im taking drugs sleeping with visky bottles having so much fun dad
