im a 20 year old virgin, It all started around 5-6 months back one morning i found my glans has swelling and redness accompanied by red spots (i masturbated against my body willingness the previous night) since i had history of fungal infection in groin area , whenever i noticed such red spots on my glans i applied antifungal soap and cream which doctor provided me. so for the next three days i felt pain in my glans and it was all dry and not able to retract the foreskin (im uncircumcised) also my rim of glans looked all purple, i went to a doctor (gen surgeon ) he told me nothing was wrong and gave me some UTI tablets , also by this time i was able to notice clumps in my semen and intermittently i felt pain in my testis , there was swelling in my testis as well , the doc didn't see any issue with my testis but i knew something was wrong , my place has no urologist also was so embarrassed to bring this up with my parents, i bared all the pain(still i feel pain in my testis all the day) and kept looking for all the information in internet and forum like this. so far im convinced that this is some kind of bacterial infection and was about to start using doxycycline. pain in testis and clump in semen are the major problem now , glans seem to be recovering still gets swelledup if i mastrubate though. thanks for your patience in hearing all my story, a word or any advice from your wisdom will be very helpful for me .
