Im new to this ,, i need some advice,, I have done a pip claim and currently waiting for a tribunal date,, the wait is months away apparently,, im getting worse and alot of changes have happened ,, im wondering can you do a new claim while waiting ,,, thanks
If I were you I was submit ant new medical evidence as soon as possible which will help your case. By my doing this I was reinstated for Pip
they have told me at the dwp that the evidence that is new will not be looked at as its what i was like went i was at my face to face assestment ,, its well confuzing,,,, congrats on getting your pip reinstated, x
i have got 4 more new medication and report from mri scan ,, should i send it to the tribunal do u think
Esa es exactamente la situación. No se tendrá en cuenta ningún cambio. El Tribunal solo puede examinar cómo eras cuando presentaste la solicitud. Si hay cambios, por supuesto que puedes informarlos, pero ten en cuenta que podrías terminar con otra evaluación cara a cara y otra decisión.
Es un juego peligroso presentar una nueva reclamación antes de una audiencia del Tribunal para una reclamación anterior.
do u think it will be worth canceling my tribunal and doing a new claim. as my illness has worsened and to be honest i dont think from the crap that they put down at my assestment would do any favors ,, most lies ive ever read in my life,
