I had a breast reduction 35 years ago. I’ve always had some strange sensations which I assumed to be nerves still healing. also always had some numb spots.
For some years afterwards I experienced pain in my nipples when they were exposed to the cold.
Now all these years later I have pain in just one nipple. There’s no obvious injury, redness or swelling and I’ve checked for lumps.
Usually my nipples aren’t very sensitive.
I was unable to breast feed.
Could this be related to the breast reduction procedure all those years ago?
