I cant see anything wrong, did you have any intercourse or sexual contact? Maybe if you are not doing enough cleaning and hygiene after wc - I hear this a lot even if sounds very simple but it is a big problem for you women because you have a very delicate genitalia that needs to taking care of..

I can’t notice any redness, or anything abnormal at all. The bumps that are visible are perfectly normal.
