Non typical gallbladder symptoms

For the past 8 months I have had some issues with my gallbladder I’m assuming. No stones, but HIDA scan confirmed 21% function. Would love some input.

-initially had more of the typical gallbladder symptoms, knot under right rib, right side back ache, gurgling in gallbladder area, swollen feeling in gallbladder area, etc..

-periodic symptoms - dry mouth, dry eyes can’t wear contacts anymore, random gallbladder pain when intensive exercise.

-current symptoms - random chest pains, left shoulder/arm numb, weak, ache. I had my heart tested. Even a heart cath and all was clear. Yellowish stool.

You see a lot of my symptoms are non typical, but I’m under the conclusion that my gallbladder is diseased and causing stress on the rest of my body. Input would be appreciated!

Yep right sided back ache and yellow stools were some of my symptoms. Just generally felt rubbish tbh. The surgeon wasn’t convinced it was all to do with the gallbladder but I was. Felt so much better when it was out as wasn’t working properly. The pathology done on it when it was out showed it had chronic cholecystitis so it’s no wonder I felt so rubbish. If you have no stones but it’s not working then I’d say to get it out. Discuss the pros and cons with surgeon to make an informed decision though xx

Thanks for the response!

What percentage was yours functioning at?

What were the different nontypical symptoms that you had?
