Today I had my doctor check this out but he really was not sure what it was. He for sure counted out an STD/HIV. It appeared about 5 months ago. About 8 months ago I randomly got Mollescum on my thight even though I have not been sexually active for a year, and my doctor said it could be that, that spread to the tip. But it also didnt look like it to him. The whole not knowing what it is, is my biggest issue. I even have considered it being an actual pimple that wont go away or a fordyce spot.
