I am 75 with slightly enlarged prostate (30gms), Post Void Residual Urine 70 ml with normal PSA. Urine culture and Urine Analysis ae also normal. I have Urge Incontinence due to Overactive Bladder. There is always a leakage of few drops before reaching the toilet. I am also suffering from Erectile Dysfunction. I was suggested 2 methods of treatment. (1) Take one tablet of Cialis 5mg daily for BPH and ED. (2) Take Avodart 0.5 mg and Spasmolyt 20 mg daily in the morning and Xatral XL 10 mg daily at night.
I shall be grateful for advice on the best method of treatment.
Hello there. Sorry that you are having so many problems. I look up some of your med and you should be care full with them. I was on cialis for a while it never help with my bladder or anything else. For ED you should be taking a pill that is at least 100 mg to help you. for your bladder Try to see if your doctor will give you Myrbetrig 10 MG I was on that and it relax my bladder great to good. I was only going once or twice a day. Treatments : Try something less invasive first. Uro-lift, PAE are a couple to look up there are a few more but start with these 2. Also get off Avodart. it causes a decrease in libido and impotence. I hope you can fine something to help you Good Luck Ken.
Ich mag dieses Regime überhaupt nicht. Bei überaktiver Blase würde ich zuerst Myrbetriq versuchen - es verursacht bei weitem die wenigsten Nebenwirkungen. Die anderen verursachen trockenen Mund und Verstopfung. Cialis ist die beste Lösung für ED, weil man es täglich einnimmt und damit Sex spontan sein kann. Ich bin stark gegen Avodart - es verursacht oft Impotenz, daher ist es für jemanden mit ED kontraindiziert - aber auch nicht nötig. Ihre Prostata ist normal, nicht leicht vergrößert, und Sie erwähnen keine ernsthaften Probleme mit BPH, daher sehe ich keine Notwendigkeit für Avodart - ich hatte ziemlich starke BPH und wollte es damals nicht einmal in Betracht ziehen. Alfusosin (Urixatral) wird Ihnen nicht schaden und verursacht normalerweise keine Nebenwirkungen, aber es scheint unnötig.
Ich würde mit Myrbetriq beginnen, sehen, ob es erfolgreich mit Ihrer Dranginkontinenz und Cialis umgeht. Wenn Cialis nicht wirkt, könnten die anderen ED-Medikamente helfen. Und wenn Myrbetriq Ihnen nicht die gewünschte Hilfe bringt, könnten ältere Medikamente zur Behandlung des Zustands helfen.

That is exactly what I take, shareefmm. My prostate is at 40 g. These drugs at least make my condition tolerable. Good, bad, or indifferent, I'm using these drugs as a strategy to buy time. Yes, there are procedures I could undergo right now. However, if my symptoms don't worsen over time, I'll procrastinate those procedures for as long as possible. Things seem to be constantly improving regarding the research of prostate disorders. One final note. Check with your health care practitioner about a potential interaction between Cialis and any blood pressure medication you might be taking. Also check about a potential interaction between Cialis and any form of nitroglycerin you might be taking. Best of luck to you.

I'm most pleased with my UroLift surgery. You can google it up. Had it a year and a half ago. Now getting up to 7 hours of sleep at night. 4 and 6 hours at least nearly every night. Check with your insurance first. I wound up with a bill for $18K USD. Appealed and they paid for all but $1,200. Happy to pay that for the relief. Still have a sex life. 72yo
