My feet have been numb for months can't move my toes and I have trouble walking Now I have developed cramps in both feet. I can feel my feet cramping but my toes don't move can't sleep

Very pain full I see my orthopedic dr next week

What can I do for the cramps

I get that a lot u need a tablet that relaxes the muscles see ur gp.

Diazepam works for me .

Have you tried magnesium? Epsom salt baths also good
