Hi All Has anyone had a bad reaction to Nytol? Haven't been able to sleep lately so took one x 25mg tablet night. Woke up after about an hour and couldn't sleep afterwards. Feeling groggy, upset tummy and arm and leg pains. Don't know if it's the tablet or anxiety doing it. My family think i've become hypersensitive to everything at the moment but i'm scared i might have poisoned myself cos i took a Kalms tablet the night before. Could it have mixed?
you can always ask a pharmacist about drug interactions. be a good idea to check with your doctor before you take anything. Most likely your anxiety is acting up and many times different medications can actually increase anxiety.
