Ive noticed this sore in the bottom of my vagina on the left side that hurts when i touch it and when i pee(only because the urine touches it and makes it burn I assume) have yall heard of this or seen it before?

If you shave, it could be an ingrown hair. If not, it still could be an ingrown hair. You should have a doctor check. If they need to, they can do a biopsy to find out what it is.
