One of the worst periods! during Peri! HELP

OMG! I am 50 and just fot my period four days early. Woke up yesterday with bad headache, tosay bloated with gas, keeping going to the bathroom, my neck, back, arms, hands all sore and achey. Have no appetite and exhausted. Good grief! is this how it's going to be? until menopause?!?!🙁🙁🙁

I'm 50 too. No period 5 years but everything else !! Sucks but take the good days with the bad and don't be sad. It will soon be over.
