For a few days I've felt a sore spot on my vulva, checked it and found an open sore which is entirely white inside. Only had unprotected sex with one person and he was a virgin. Took a sexual health test four months ago (a few months after starting being intimate with that partner) and everything came back negative. I've never had anything like this before and I'm scared
