canker sore or hsv1?
canker sore you can purchase medicine at walgreens they mainly come from certain foods you eat that has alot of citrus and acid

someone else said its herpes now i dont know what to think. heres another picture
woke up this morning and its gotten worse 
im in so much pain
this is starting to make me think its hsv1 as ive never has a canker sore on my lip .. you can see it with my mouth closed
thats not herpes do you get them often ? i notice i only get mine when eating spicy foods mainly get some canker sore medicine it may burn at first though
it definitely looks like canker sores to me.
thanks for the responses guys. i have had hsv2 for 5 years now. ive never ever had an outbreak in my mouth, only down below. hence why ive been worried about the sores in my mouth.. ive never had canker sores before and ive them for 5 days and they only seem to be getting bigger and much more painful. i have tried some home remedies but i wake up in pain.here is an updated picture. hope your all stay safe and God bless
i went to the hospital today as i had a bas reaction to bonjela. two sores are on my lips now, not inside. the nurse said it looks like a bad out break of cold sores but then said it could also be canker sores.
this is what they look like now..
