I have been suffering from olp for 2 years and I was under steroid treatment for an year. It would be helpful if there is anyone who has overcome olp and got completely or partially cured. I am very strict on my diet no spicy food not crispy fries. Or any hard dishes. But olp has been prevailing for long. Will be happy if anyone shared their experience in case they got cured or getting cured.
