Has anyone else got the same..
Yes for years…what did you want to know? There are many others too… its a common issue…
Me too for years, very painful.. .i have a toe joint replacement too. . I am waiting for a steroid injection, hoping it works, injection in the toes didnt work at all..
i just left mine alone . slowed down daily schedule wore better fitting shoes with double soft sole and arch support. changing habits that exacerbates the issue and it all calmed down. i had friends that had surgery and made it worse. steroid injections are a temp fix until the numbing agent mixed with it wears off. steroid injections is a waste of time and money.
it will get better with care with rest ice and feet can heal . 6 months or so of rest…better than off your feet for months with surgery and if it even helps. just my experience and opinion i am not a doctor.
