Sauerstoffwerte nach Microdiscektomie

Hi,

i had a microdisectomy performed a few days ago. pre op my sats i think about 98% . Post op (ex smoker now vape last 3 months), i was on assisted oxygen for 24 hours with mask as through nose it was dropping below 94. i am now home buy feel i have to try and clear throat. i dont feel like i cant breath maybe just a bit obstructed, no copd beforehand, Is this normal???

Anything that disrupts breathing, or feeling like that definitely needs a call to your doctor. Not one of the body systems that you want to wait and see about. I would be calling your doctor to get a medical opinion, and treatment if needed.
