Pain and burning inside the tip of the penis..

i have burning and irritated penis head not outside but inside of urethra.. that burn after urination more mainly left side of urethra wall. there i can see some red rashes also. is there anybody who had this problem and healed? all test like herpes hiv vdrl etc test negative but i have had a balanitis posthitis 5 years ago…
