Pain at the back of my head, is it anxiety?

These few days I've been feeling a tiny pain that comes and goes at the left back of my head, and when I touched that area I could feel a lump! I don't know if it's actually just the shape of my skull that I didn't notice before or it's anxiety causing the pain or something serious. I do experience head pressure and chest pains etc, many more anxiety physical symptoms too. Just wanna see if anyone has similar experiences with the head pain thing.

It hurts sometimes and when it's hurting and I touch it then it hurts. But if it's not hurting at all then when I touch it it doesn't hurt too. Idk wts wrong with me

Ask someone to check it out.  If it is a lump, you deal with it.  If it is not, forget about it.

You are most likely just feeling the shape of your head. You can’t feel anything that’s on your brain from the outside. You probably have a lot of tension in your head and it just feels sore. You can always have your doctor examine you for your peace of mind but it doesn’t sound like anything serious.  We all get aches and pains and we will have these on and off for the rest of our life. The key is not to overthink things and get in a negative thinking pattern. That will make your life miserable. 99% of our aches and pains are nothing serious. 🌸🌸🌸
