Woke up this morning feeling anxious. Then a while after I woke I've i started feeling a pain in between my shoulder blades every time I breath in deeply. It was only the other day I was fixated with my ears and any pain there but seems today it's my breathing and this pain in my back. Is this my anxiety do you think?

yes I get very stressed and suffer with my neck and shoulders its murder but they cant do anything for it, they did try acupuncture which worked for a time but the second time they gave it to me it didnt help at all, but it might help you and its a different route to go down. Good luck
It's like everytime I breath only started today, anxious me is thinking heart attack straight away
Yeah I get the same thing and think the same thing as well but it will start to come and go at random times ice had it for about two weeks
