does anyone get pain in buttocks after sitting for a long period of time? I work in central supply so I do alot of walking and bending but I also do alot of sitting on some days. Inoticenwhen I sit for a while my buttocks start throbbing so I have get up and walk around.

it’s called coccydynia .. tail bone pain .. mine went away by it’s own..
Yeah I get that, too. I also hey it during the night if i sleep on one side for too long. I walk all day, like you do because I teach. This started maybe a year ago. I am 60…and believe it or not…still waiting for official menopause. Have to keep starting count all over.
