My muscles in my neck, shoulder blades and my back and round ribs hurt so much !! I know alot is tension and carry my 5 year old disabled son ! But my head turns it around making me fear a heart attack !! Im 39 today and been worried all day something bad going to happen to me !! Just want to be able to enjoy one birthday and not have anxiety hanging over me !!!

I think you should give yourself a medal , we all have aches and pains but yours i see is a struggle for you
as you are looking after a child that cannot look after their self yet.

Lisa i have severe condition than you. I cannot touch or even press my chest by finger. Feel pain in my heart. And feel my heart is going to stop. I can understand what r ur feelings. Did you consult any cardiologist to clear your mind.
