I have seen a skin doctor but she has no idea. The pain occuring has been going on and off for 2 years. Doctors in Japan where I live only go by visual and patient symptoms and visually there is absolutely no symptoms. It is flabby. When it hurts, it hurts mostly around the sides, It is mainly caused by lying mainly in bed with brief type underpants. It is relieved a bit by massage and by Witch’s Hazel wipes astringency. I looked up possibles and Allodyna seems possible but I don’t know if the pain stays and I don’t think I have the underlying conditions. Eg not diabetic I am 80 kg and 176 cm tall and moderate muscular man. What could it be? Surely dermatologist could spot chaffing which I have had in crotch area and very careful to avoid.
