For the last few months, I have been observing bumps on my penis's head and upper shaft. These bumps, however, do not cause me any physical discomfort (pain or itching) during sexual activity or otherwise. The bumps on the glans often dry out, leaving scabs and scars, and that too without causing any pain or itching. This happens probably due to friction (sexual activity or when I wear tight-fitting clothing). For the last six years, I am sexually involved with only one partner, and the same is the case with my partner. We haven't had any STIs during all those years. Wondering how should I treat the bumps if I do require any treatment. Scarring of the penis is an obvious concern. Thanks for your help.
