Noticed a small red spot on the shaft of my penis. It doesnt hurt and its smooth to touch, not raised, no bumps or anything. Had unprotected oral and vaginal sex a few nights ago. I think I may be overthinking and letting my mind get the best of me. Looking for other peoples thoughts or it anyone has had anything like this.
