pains in perimenopause

I'm 49 years old and have been in perimenopause for about 3 years now. Have not had a period since Sept 12th 2019. Not writing about that but since 2 days after christmas this past year 2019 I noticed I was having burning sensation when urinating and pressure and some adomin pain ( mind though I had gained about 25lbs since Sept and eating like a pig cause I knew I was going on a diet in jan 2020) The point I'm trying to get at ladies is in anyone having pain sometimes when urinating and pressure and hip pains sharp pains in ovaries and bladder problems during perimenopause. I have seen gynoclogist and urinologist and they say it's due to weight gain and perimenopause i have had urine test done and ultra sound and uretha checked and adomin checked and all good they have put me on a oab medicine been on for 4 days they say it will take a month to get in system. has anyone had these systoms cause i still am ????? ty Michelle

Hi I’m definitely having the burning when peeling and the hip pains too, after a couple days to a week burning feeling I started to get the stomach pains and then a sharp pain left side above waist but below ribs , which makes me think infection possibly uti which ive never had in my life ever! Also during all this for past 2 weeks now bad sharp right side ovary pain.. I’m 49 also, I had hysterectomy many years ago but still do have ovaries .. I have no idea where I would be at in my menopause journey because I have no periods to go by.. But can tell you my symptoms repeat every single month to the day and they are horrible everything from dizziness to weak legs and armz to nausea to very bad migraines to numbness to anxiety .. And a bunch of other very bad symptoms that make you feel like something really badly wrong.. So on a good note all the burning and pain has stopped now thank god if was infection it must have run its coarse..
