I randomly get these paper cut style cuts across my labia every so often. They can be really painful and once I went to my local NHS sexual health clinic and got them swabbed for herpes as I thought it may be that but the nurse said it didn't look like typical herpes, swabbed it and it was negative. She sent me away with thrush cream but this cream makes no difference at all. Does anyone else get this? What could it be?
based on how it look and the color change around your vulval area aswell i think it is lichen sclerosis.
