penile head all of a sudden has a scatter of red dots. Was checked back in April for a variety of STD and Herpes, all negative. Had unprotected oral sex one month ago. Have not been checked yet. Just noticed red markings.
Dots are not raised not any pain.
Latest Symptoms:
-no burning pain when urinating
-no testicle pain
-no discharge whatsoever
-Slight ache throughout day of urethral opening
-almost feels like ive mastubated several times a day, where my penis is more aching out of fatigue
i do masturbate once a day everyday. I don't drink as much water as i should be so maybe dehydration and the constant masturbation might play a part with the slight pain.
