I had very painful dysuria and penile tip pain with urination went to urine analysis which showed RBCS only with no pus cells I was diagnosed as penile fungal infection and took fluconazole afterwards this lesions appeared I think ulcers what could be the right diagnoses
have u been tested for syphilis and herpes ?
No but it appeared after 4 days of sexual contact so I don’t think it is syphilis
ideally u need to rule out herpes
could it be fungal infection ?
it dosnt look like a typical fungal infection no usually it just goes a bit red and the skin peels a bit it dosnt normally form open sores like that
