If you mean are these genital warts, this would have been something the doctor that has treated you would have checked before freezing. They are almost certainly bodily warts - unfortunately, even after freezing and removal they do come back for some men.
The options you have would be to see a Dermatologist the specialises in Genital Skin Disorders or a Urologist
