Kumar, you have no loss of feeling in the head of your penis? So if you gently squeeze the head in different areas you can still feel this? Are you still aged under 25? Change can occur in appearance until around the mid-20’s, although I am not sure how typical pigmentation change would be.
There are conditions that can cause pigmentation change - the most common one to affect the penis is Vitiligo, although this does not usually affect the head itself.
The specialist who would likely know what you have going on is a Dermatologist, but if you have no other issues, such as loss of feeling in the area I would be tempted to wait and see if anything else happens.
Obviously, should you have concerns such as loss of feeling sensation anywhere in the penis then go see a Doctor …
Thanks for response. there is no loss of feeling in affect area . My age is 28 and i have this kind of pigmentation in some parts of my body from birth . But it seems it shown up in glans recently ,
To be sure the only person that can help with this would be a Dermatologist …
