i have bump like things on my foreskin, they dont hurt or itch normally or when i touch. When my penis erected it is less visible. What it possibly be? Thanks

i beleive i have something similar for about a year and havent come up with anything . keep an eye out for spreading out and other symtoms .
I have been to 2 urologist and 1 had no idea , the other said leave it alone .
