The foreskin under my penis has been prone to tearing for over a year now. Mainly every time during sex and would heal in the next 24 hours. I thought it might’ve been because I’ve had rough sex and never let it healed properly but this time I’ve left it for a month without sex and it has been perfectly fine during that month.
However, today while inspecting it I stretched it lightly and to my surprise it opened a tear very easily with a tiny drop of blood came out. Its just this particular area of my penis and the other sides are fine. The tears also appear in the same spot every time although some times it runs longer/deeper depending on how much it was stretched.
I’ve been tested for any STI and came out negative. First image is from a year ago which is the worst is every been after sex. I believe its red from friction burn. Disappeared after 24-48 hours.
I’ve been to the doctors and he said I just need to use lubrication or condom to protect it and its definitely helped. I use a ridiculous amount of lubrication every time and I’ll just get a single tear or two.

I’m making this post because I’ve given it long enough to heal and yet it tears so easily so I’m a bit worried that this can’t be fixed. Some times I don’t even want to have sex because I don’t want it to keep tearing.
