Penis glans turning white over the last 3 years

My penis glans have slowly been turning white over the past 3 years. I have no other symptoms and everything is working fine. I have been to a doctor and urologist. Neither seemed to know what the cause was. I had an online discussion with a skin specialist and was advised it may be eczema or some other form of skin irritation. I was prescribed various anti fungal and steroid cream. None of the creams worked. Has anyone seen anything similar. I will post a picture below.

Hi Brian. The urologist didn’t diagnose it as lichen so that’s good news. it may not look 100% healthy but as you wrote “I have no other symptoms and everything is working fine” so don’t overthink it and enjoy while it lasts. I know easier said than done

Hi Brian it could be lichen sclerosus is the foreskin or frenulum affected by it as well?

I have a similar penis head with low results:

  • I’ve been to 12 doctors
  • one said its lichen sclerosus and after changed the diagnosis
  • other 11 said it was contact dermatitis
  • the doctor that gave me the diagnosis of lichen sclerosus gave me a steroid cream too that made my penis looks similar to yours.
  • I’ve done all the SDT tests
  • I’ve took antibiotics pills
  • antifungal pills
  • steroid creams
  • antifungal creams
  • antibiotic creams
  • emollient creams

More or less everything useless and I dont have a proper diagnosis.
I’ve been in this situation for 2 years and everything started with a probably yeast infection and an acute balanitis.

I don’t know what to do anymore
I felt better by my own, without proper cures

I have no symptoms like burning or itching
I have psoriasis too
I suppose this could be a kind of lichenoid dermatitis

how are you masterbating? are you rubbing the glans dry? the redness in the glans is usually the blood if i squeeze all the blood out if my glans they turn white and then return to red. i would look into penis exercises such as the angion method which help increase blood flow to the penis giving it better color and giving some insane erections when you stay consistent to the exercises
