I am not circumcised and I noticed these on the head of my penis. I am not sure how long they have been there but I just noticed them. I thought it was something on my head so i tried to scratch it off and clearly irritated it. Is this PPP? Should I be concerned about it?
It looks strange, do you have dry skin on glans (penis head) too?

Not PPP, looks like some infection that will be easy to treat.
