my boyfriend noticed these painless blisters/sores on the shaft of his penis when he pulls his foreskin back 4 days ago. His penis smelled really bad too. There was swelling and redness but this has gone away since he started using canesten cream, as he thinks its a yeast infection.Sores are not painful and not itchy. Any ideas what it is?
looks fungal id get checked to be sure but it is quite common for spots to form and the skin to start peeling the skin can go white dry and flaky to
well they sort of look like herpes ulcers. ask him if hes ever been tested as its not a routine when going for a panel. if he hasnt been, he should get tested

this is fungal thrush u can tell the difference between herpes and thrush because herpes forms scabs when its healing …thrush does not

yep the clotrimazole should clear it up
confirmed as a fungal infection. cleared up really quickly with canesten cream.
