Penis is itchy and irritated. Been like this for weeks now and came randomly

so this is what its look like soft and it seems to bother me more when its soft not erect. its itchy and even sorta burns at times.i have not had sex in 3-4 years.i have just really experienced these symptoms a few months ago. i use axe bear glove shower gel and aussie shampoo/conditioner.sometimes not only my penis itches but my balls too.ive tried coconut oil after my shower and that hasnt helped.not really sure what it is at this point ans its really putting a hold on my social life because nobody wants to be with someone whos dick is all fucked up and itchy.any advice is welcome.can take more photos if needed.

Joe, I have already give you my thoughts on this.
You must exclude any body cleansers from getting onto the skin of your penis - and yes I know this is difficult if you shower, but you need to spend sometime at the end of the shower rinsing your penis with the running water, after you have washed everywhere else and rinsed thoroughly.
So yes, your penile skin is irritated, the only way to stop the irritation is quite literally stop anything that is a potential irritant from getting onto the skin of your penis, otherwise, simply, this will continue as it is …

you should never use soap on your penis as it’s the same material in your eyelids- imagine if you got that soap in your eyes, that’s what it’s doing to your penis
for the time being use some jock itch cream or anti itch cream
