Peppermint Oil Suggestion/help UK

My gastro consultant has suggested i try some peppermint oil. I'm in the UK and would like some advice on what make/brand people have found good , tablets or capsules? and if they work/help? My Thanks👍

Hi Matt,

I got the capsules from Holland & Barrett, they come in a small green jar. They do help to cool down my stomach if it feels like it’s on fire..

Hi, you need the enteric coated peppermint capsules, basically enteric coated ones pass through the stomach and dissolve in intestines, peppermint is a anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory and they can work to some degree, worth trying, ask at a pharmacy they sell them, enteric coated ones.

Hi, I take Mintec capsules, strength 0.2 mils peppermint oil, taken before meals.
