i think the area between my auns and my testicle is swollen but im not sure. i included a picture that i draw "simple" of what i feel
there's no pain in that area but sometimes i get painfull erection when closing my auns,
p.s i have UTI
does the size of this swelling changing ?
is it soft or hard?
since how long you noticed it ?
do you have other swellings in your goin or somewhere else?

2- probbaly hardish
3- 2-3 weeks
4- i think my penis glans has a lump or swollen but im not sure, tight forskin and all
it may be an inflammed lymph node, follow up.
what should i do?
i don't have enough money or insurens to see a doctor at the moment
by the way i have UTI for 2 weeks now or maybe more
you can use antibiotic for UTI , eg ofloxacin tab. 500 mg. bid for 7 days and follow .

I agree with HanO. You would have to treat your UTI with antibiotics. Have you been to a doctor to diagnose it or you just assume you have a UTI? If you went to a doctor did they prescribe antibiotics for your UTI? If you have a UTI It could be that infection/inflammation is spreading around. If the perineal swellling does not go down after antibiotics you would certainly need to consult a doctor.
i went to the doctor and he prescribe diagnose for me after urine analyize, its just i can't take another appoitmant for a while
how long should i wait for perineal swelling to go down? immediaitly after finsihing the antibiotic?

Swelling should go down while you are still on antibiotics. Provided you are on the right antibiotic and taking it correctly without missing doses.
I am more worried that there is inflammation or a cyst in there that is causing your symptoms. You say it is not painful to touch but sometimes your erections are painful? I understand you are stuck financially, but something like this would really require a urologist to look at. How soon do you think you may be able to afford to see a doctor? Not sure where you are but is there somewhere you can be seen free of charge - public hospital or something?
it would indicate bloodflow disturbance in the area which can be a result of a number of things including a cyst, inflammatory condition, a polyp or other growth.
well he gave me 10 days of antibiotics, and 3 days to go.
it is not painfull to touch and painfull erections only happen during bowel movement or me cllosing my auns. when i look at random nude pictures i have no problem with erections . well there's only public clinic but they have like general doctor no urologist. i'm going to take urine test there after i finish my antibiotics to see if it cleared or not.
i will need like 3 weeks just to save up the money for antibiotics appoitmant

I totally understand your difficulties. I hate that we can only get care required if we can afford it. I would say that after 7 days on antibiotics the symptoms should have mostly withdrawn by now. All you can do really is wait for another week after finishing antibiotics. If symptoms persist, then go to the public clinic and if necessary I think they can refer you to a urologist if they see fit as well? Or does it not work like that? Have you had any fever at all since this whole thing started? More importantly do you have any fever in the last 3 days?
its how the world works right now sadly. if they refer me to urologist then its "paid one" so either way i gotta pay. i didn't have any fever at all sincethis started. only UTI that probbably i had for a while . the doctor says i have "virus" idk what he meant by that since im a virgin . so its not STD

If you had a virus he would not give you antibiotics. If you have a bacterial infection he would give you antibiotics. Neither has anything to do with STDs necessarily. I am hoping they did a urine analysis, hopefully also urine culture? Doctors should offer follow-ups for free in my opinion. Very frustrating. Try to avoid lifting heavy weights, straining and masturbation for a couple of days and let us know if it is getting worse or better. You may need more than 10 days of antibiotic therapy or a different antibiotic. Or a different doctor !

well he said its a "virus" idk why , i asked him what kind he answered with " its common virus everyone has it" and i did both urine analysis and culture, and he gave me antibiotics acoording to the culture test. the reason that wont be follow up i guess cause he was sure it will cure it plujs hes booked for 2 months in advance and hes kinda cheap..
i'm kinda on no fap (15 days) mission but i reclapse 2 days ago LOL. but im on it again hopefully for long time
after 3 days i will do another free urine analysis to see if the UTI cleared out
