My right bottom eyelid has been twitching for about a month now. I have always used computers for work, averaging 9 hours per day. I had a full eye scan at my optometrists and they said my eyes are OK, albeit dry. I am in the process of moving so thought it might be stress related. So i have been using eye drops, taking regular breaks, using computer glasses, sleeping and eating well but i still get eye twitching every day. I have had eye twitches many times before but they usually clear in a few days.. it has been a month now!
Eye twitching can be caused by a few different things, eye strain , which it sounds like that could be a possibility, just make sure to take breaks, continue eye drops. Another cause that most do not associate with eye twitching is Vit B12 being low and I think maybe even magnesium. Best of luck!
Hi did this eventually stop?My right lower lid has been twitching for 8 months.I’m now getting very anxious convincing myself it’s a brain tumor !
