Pimple? Ingrown hair? What is this on my penile shaft.

I had a little bump on my penis which when I pressed, very little pus came out of it. after a few days, it grew bigger and again after waiting for a few days it was 95% gone. (I also saw a tiny hair growing from it which vanished after a while)

But after a few days now, and some sexual activities like fellatio etc., it has grown bigger and a white head is on it (attached photos).

I did meddle with it and white watery liquid + pus + some blood did come out...but that was before it turned into this.

Can anybody help me with this? is it cancer? is it herpes? what is it? HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?

its a cyst

1 - Never ever "pop" anything on your penis (or vagina/ anus) You can make it far worse and get a second infection

2 - looks like Herpes? Get yourself tested and let us know

looks nothing like herpes herpes are blisters not lumps ??

go to a doctors to be sure as other things can look like that so can molloscum so its important that u dont play with it or squeeze fluid from it until u know wat it is as if it was molloscum it can spread

Haven't been touching it for a day now and it's size has started to decrease...could it be a pimple? is there a home remedy? Can't go to the doctor rn.. but will surely pay a visit in a week or 2...

also the white head on it has become more concentrated and has now started to protrude out a little bit...

Should i be using concentrated antiseptics on it? Or should I just leave it the way it is and see the doc in a week or so?

Will it go on its own? or a doctor visit is VERY necessary?

Update : It bursted on its own...did not even touch it...a lot of pus came.out...now what should I do?

it bursted on its own and a lot of pus came out...then came out a fluid...and I pressed it a bit and blood came...not its all calm there but a tingling sensation is there...

u need to go to a doctor some cysts dont go away on there own

When something like this happens clean all the puss away with fresh toilet tissues and flush them away. You need to keep the area clean from potential infection, after washing or taking a shower and drying the entire area get some liquid antiseptic and dab a little on the wound 2 or 3 times a day. As Kim suggests, get a medical professional to check out what it was that you originally had ......

Looks like a cyst to me too and with a cyst the sack lining has to removed so the cyst will not keep coming back. A dermatologist or almost any doctor can remove a cyst in the office easily during your visit and do it quickly.

just as I applied antiseptic lotion on it and some soframycin, it opened up again and oozed a little...

now again when I check it, a hard lump of puss just fell out and it looks like a wound now than a cyst...

is it getting severe or better?

it may heal over id see a doctor if it dosnt

some skin cysts just go away on there own once they have emptied others have to be surgically removed

Okkay if it doesn't heal in like 4 days, I'm visiting the doctor...is that a good deadline? :')
